What is the attire

Day-to-Day Sessions

Attire: Business Casual or Branded Company Apparel
For our daily sessions and networking opportunities, please feel free to dress in business casual attire or branded company apparel. Please note, we recommend you dress in layers (light jacket or sweater) as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary. 

Welcome Reception: The Drive Begins

Attire: Smart Casual
For this special dinner, we suggest comfortable yet polished attire. Think tailored trousers or dark jeans with stylish footwear, complemented by a blazer or cardigan if desired.

Awards Dinner: Celebrating What Moves Us Forward

Attire: Cocktail Attire
Prepare for an elegant evening on the red carpet! The Awards Dinner will be a plated affair, so please dress to impress in cocktail attire—dresses, suits, or polished separates are ideal. Following the awards, join us for an exciting after-party with entertainment, where we’ll celebrate together in style.

What if I need to change my registration?

To update your conference registration, please email infomarketing@nextdayaccess.com

How much is it to register

Registration is only available online. The registration rate for a double attendee is $299 and includes two (2) attendees. The registration rate for a single attendee is $199 per attendee. Registration for the conference does not include hotel reservations.

When Can I Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-in: 4:00 pm | Check-out: 11:00 am

HOTEL POLICIES

  • To make a room reservation, attendees must be 21 years of age and use one of the following options:

    Attendees must mention or apply the group name upon making the reservation in order to receive the contracted group rate.  First night’s room and tax will be charged at time of the booking.

  • Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out is 11:00 AM.

  • Late check-outs are subject to availability. If you would like to depart after the standard check-out time, we recommend contacting the hotel reception directly to inquire about the possibility of a late check-out. Please note that the hotel cannot guarantee late check-outs in advance, and availability is typically confirmed on the day of departure.
