What if I need to change my registration?

How much is it to register

Registration is only available online. The registration rate for a double attendee is $299 and includes two (2) attendees. The registration rate for a single attendee is $199 per attendee. Registration for the conference does not include hotel reservations.

When Can I Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-in: 3:00 pm | Check-out: 11:00 am

HOTEL POLICIES

  • Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to the hotel.

  • The first night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.

  • The individual cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. (Same day cancellations are charged for the first night’s room and tax.)

  • Guests will be responsible for an $150 incidentals deposit upon check-in. 

  • Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out is 11:00 AM.

  • Late checkouts are arranged by Front Desk on the day of checkout based upon availability.
